Orange island Sanzhen community health service center was established in April 2005, responsible for the public health work of 80,000 permanent residents and 100,000 migrant population within the jurisdiction, with more than 80,000 outpatient visits every year and 65 rehabilitation beds open. This health service center has formed strong advantages in chronic disease management, community rehabilitation and health education. As the teaching base of Xiangya School of Nursing of Central South University, orange island Sanzhen Community Health Service Center undertakes general practitioner training and community nursing undergraduate and postgraduate internship for many years.
